What is DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)?

DDP means all import duties, taxes, and customs fees are already included in your purchase price. You won't pay anything extra when your order arrives in South Africa.

No import duties or taxes. Ships via The Courier Guy. Delivery: 2–6 business days.

✓ China Warehouse - Orders Under R2,000

No additional charges. All import duties and taxes are included through our DDP service via Buffalo courier. Delivery: 6–13 business days.

⚠️ China Warehouse - Orders Over R2,000

You are responsible for customs charges. Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are NOT included.

• VAT: 15% on (product value + shipping + duty)

When Will I Be Charged?

For orders with customs charges (China warehouse over R2,000 or any Hong Kong warehouse order), the courier will contact you before delivery to collect payment. Your parcel will only be released after payment is received.
