How We Source

We are not a marketplace connecting buyers to unknown third-party sellers. Orders are placed with PMC TechLife, and our team remains responsible for customer communication, order support, returns, and warranty handling.
How Fulfilment Works
We use a hybrid fulfilment model. Some products are dispatched from South African stock. Others are supplied through approved international fulfilment routes where that offers better availability or a more practical supply model. In both cases, PMC TechLife remains responsible for the order, support, returns, and warranty process.
Depending on the item and delivery route, logistics may be handled through partners such as The Courier Guy, Buffalo, Aramex, and DHL.
Fulfilment origin affects delivery timing and, in some cases, import tax and duty treatment. We explain this clearly in our store policies and, where relevant, on the product page before purchase.
Pricing, Delivery and Import Transparency
We aim to make cross-border supply simple for the customer. Prices, delivery information, and import-related terms are documented in our store policies rather than hidden in vague marketing copy.
For qualifying orders shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, the checkout price is the final price for the customer. Where duties may apply under South African import rules, that position is stated in our Shipping Policy. We want customers to understand what they are paying for and what to expect before they place an order.
